Integrated Solutions
An integrated solution in context of an industrial heat pump is :
1] To choose the master product yield from heat pump, which shall be either heating medium or cooling medium.
2] To choose form of the medium i.e. primary (refrigerant gas) or secondary (water).
3] To choose upon usage of non regulated slave by-product (heating / cooling capacity).
4] To choose a suitable version of heat pump in consultations with user.
5] To design a safe, efficient & user-friendly interface between process & heat pump for deployment of heat yield from heat pump. This part of exercise is crucial because of limitations & constraints of an active process.
6] To ensure harmony & balance between heat pump & process in terms of heat loads synchronization during installation.
It is clear from above that for proper return from investment on a heat pump, the solution should be an end to end one and integrated intelligently. The line diagrams given below are examples of some integrated solutions executed by us.
